The mixture of wheat and rye flour gives a specific flavoured, dark colored bread. It unites the properites of shape holding(wheatflour) and and the property of rye flour’s non bread form effect. But it supplies for our bread a typical taste, lisin, Vitamin-B, kalcium and zink. Laktató, thick bread. To make it easier to digest it is a good idea to use köménymag, which has a pleasant taste as well.
